Health Freedom New Zealand Trust is a consumer rights advocacy and action group dedicated to reinstating and protecting consumer rights to make healthcare decisions. Government Discussion Document on Regulation of Natural Products

A Consultation Document for The Development of a Natural Health Products Bill is before New Zealanders and the Government has asked for your response. Health Freedom NZ support the efforts of the National and Green Parties who are responsible for bringing in sensible regulation, however we have concerns about some of the details that their officials have drafted that would see your access to consumer choice being denied.

Fluoridation-Free NZ

Health Freedom is a founding member of the National Campaign to ban water fluoridation nationally. There is now overwhelming evidence that fluoridation is unsafe, unnecessary and unethical. Anti-Vitamin Bill

The Anti-Vitamin Bill was introduced to the New Zealand Parliament in 2005 by Annette King. This legislation if passed, would have ratified the Joint Agency Treaty. The main purpose of the Bill was to hand over the jurisdiction and control of the pharmaceutical, medical devices and natural products industries in New Zealand from our Parliament to an off shore corporate entity set up under Australian Corporate Law. This would have handed over our sovereign rights to an offshore corporation that has no accountability to the constituents and consumers of New Zealand.

Codex Alimentarius Commission

The Codex Alimentarius Commission is currently setting world standards in a variety of areas that affect your Health Freedom. This includes the addition of acceptable levels of GM to organic produce which remain unlabeled on the product, the capping of nutrient levels in vitamin supplements to ineffectively low non-therapeutic levels and the addition of thousands of synthetic chemicals to food, many of which are known carcinogens. Codex represents one of the greatest risks to Health Freedom globally. Become informed and share your new knowledge of this consumer protection agency that is anything but about consumer protection.
